Classic OverPower Released late 1997, introducing artifacts, a new type of tactic card. This was to be the very absolute last set produced by Fleer. One of the most sought after boxes and most difficult sets to complete. Due to a list count only 5000 boxes were manufactured by Fleer Corp.
